Our flagship single-origin coffee, grown on the family estate at 1,200 metres in the Jamaica Blue Mountains. Hand-picked at peak ripeness, sun-dried on raised beds, and roasted in small batches the week your order leaves.

Tasting notes

• Bright — citrus and red apple on the front
• Balanced — milk chocolate and toasted almond mid-palate
• Clean — long, sweet finish with a hint of brown sugar

Roast level

Medium. Light enough to keep the origin character, dark enough to develop body for filter and espresso alike.
