A separate, smaller lot from the highest plot on the farm — above 1,500 metres, where the cooler nights slow the cherry to maturity and concentrate flavour.
Tasting notes
- Floral — jasmine and lavender on the aroma
- Stone fruit — apricot, white peach
- Tea-like body, exceptionally clean finish
Why it's pricier
Lower yield per tree, harder to access by foot, and a tighter window for ripe-cherry harvest. We only release this lot a few times a year.
Best brewed as pour-over or filter to keep the delicate notes intact.
