§このコーヒーについて
Our flagship single-origin coffee, grown on the family estate at 1,200 metres in the Jamaica Blue Mountains. Hand-picked at peak ripeness, sun-dried on raised beds, and roasted in small batches the week your order leaves.
Tasting notes
- Bright — citrus and red apple on the front
- Balanced — milk chocolate and toasted almond mid-palate
- Clean — long, sweet finish with a hint of brown sugar
Roast level
Medium. Light enough to keep the origin character, dark enough to develop body for filter and espresso alike.
Brewing
Excellent as filter, French press, or espresso. We grind to order — let us know your method at checkout if you'd like it pre-ground.
