What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am. If you're arriving outside these hours, just let us know in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
How do I book a room?
The easiest way is through our Airbnb listing — you'll find the link on each room page. If your dates aren't showing, reach out via the contact form and we'll arrange a direct booking by email.
Do you offer airport pickup?
Yes — we run a private transfer service from Kingston (KIN) and Montego Bay (MBJ) airports. Kingston is the shorter, more scenic route (around 1.5–2 hours). Submit your flight details via our airport-transfer page and we'll confirm pricing within 24 hours.
What's included in the Blue Mountains Tour?
An experienced local guide, transport from the property, a stop at a working coffee estate, and trail snacks. Hiking shoes and a light waterproof are recommended — bring your own or ask us if you need to borrow.
How fit do I need to be for the Blue Mountains Tour?
A moderate level of fitness is plenty — most of the trail is a well-graded path with gradual climbs. Tell us about any health considerations when you book and we'll tailor the route to your group.
Can I buy your coffee online and have it shipped abroad?
Yes — we ship our Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee worldwide. Beans are roasted to order, so allow a few extra days for fresh roasting before dispatch. Free UK delivery on orders over £40.
What's the weather like in the Blue Mountains?
Noticeably cooler than the coast — typically 15–22 °C during the day and dropping into the low teens at night. Mornings can be misty and rain is common year-round, so pack a light jumper and a waterproof jacket.
Can you cater for special dietary requirements?
Yes — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and most allergies are no problem with a bit of notice. Let us know your needs at the time of booking so we can plan menus accordingly.
Is there Wi-Fi at the property?
Yes — Wi-Fi is available throughout the main areas of the property and in every room. Connection speed is good for browsing, video calls and streaming.
Are children welcome?
Absolutely — BlueMountView is family-friendly and we love welcoming younger guests. The Blue Mountains Tour suits children from around 8 upwards depending on fitness; the Coffee Farm Tour works for any age.
